Reservations:

  • Confirmation is subject to availability and requires a deposit payment.
  • Extra Person Policy: additional guests can be added, extra charges may occur.

Payments:

  • 30% deposit at the time of the booking is required to ensure the reservation.
  • Balance payment is required on arrival.
  • Payment ways: bank transfer.

Cancellations:

  • ‘Non-shows’ will be charged 100% of the total stay value.
  • If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee.
  • If cancelled later, the prepayment is non refundable.

Check in:

  • From 15:00, however the room will be available earlier you will be accommodated at once.

Check out:

  • Until 11:00.

Children:

  • Baby cot is available upon request.
